If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied, please contact our office within 5 days of receipt of your order to discuss replacement and/or re-order options. All approved orders requiring changes will be subject to a change order fee. Depending on your agreement with Bryan Bowers, a “kill fee” may be applied. Please review the “Letter of Agreement” on file.

If I provided printing services as part of your project and you are not 100% satisfied with the printed product please contact my office immediately to discuss replacement and/or re-order options. If the project needs to be re-printed, I require you to return 100% of the printed product at your own shipping expense.

I make every attempt to spell check content and will provide each client a Project Approval Worksheet (Proof Sheet) prior to Production therefore, I, Bryan Bowers, and any and all employees are not responsible for errors or omissions on Designs or Printed Product once the client has approved the Project Approval Worksheet (Proof Sheet) whether by signature, verbal authorization or email confirmation.

All print orders require 100% payment up front.

If the project needs to be re-printed, I require you to return 100% of the printed product at your own shipping expense.

If I provided Hourly design services or contract design work and you are not happy with the work product, contact me to discuss options.
